Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club is owned and operated by Heritage Golf Group. Members get reciprocal golf at other Heritage clubs.
Club facilities (per the developer)

What to check first
- Stewardship District and CDD assessments. Homes in Lakewood Ranch can carry Stewardship District or CDD assessments, collected on the property-tax bill. Amounts vary by neighborhood. Look up the parcel with the Manatee County Property Appraiser and the Manatee County Tax Collector, and read the Stewardship District guide (PDF).
